Pepper Steak Pies
Our family all love pepper steak pies so I created my own recipe to make them. I also tried some other pies, but the pepper steak definitely proved to be the favorite.
Several folks asked me for the recipe to make these pies, so I captured the full process into the camera.
The pies are baked in a fairly warm oven for about 20-25 minutes. You can experiment with your oven to see what is the best temperature to use. Make sure the pies are nicely browned before you take them out.
